We gathered loose items, cleared surfaces, and opened every door and drawer so nothing was missed. Bathroom

Sink & Vanity — Before / After
Before: orange spill rings and run marks baked into the quartz around the faucet. After: stain lift complete—uniform quartz tone, polished faucet, and a clean basin.

Stains on the countertop were carefully lifted, then the surface was buffed to an even tone. The basin and drain were scrubbed, the faucet polished, and the mirror edge wiped. Final pass under natural light confirmed a haze-free finish.
Toilet — Before / After
Before: dust and debris around the base with a dull seat and hinge line. After: disinfected seat and hinges, base area wiped, and floor tiles cleaned.
The bowl was descaled, the seat and hinges disinfected, and the sides and base wiped out to the corners. Surrounding tiles were cleaned and dried so the whole area looks crisp and hygienic.
Bathtub — Detail & Brighten
Before: soap film and residue along the rim and corners. After: bright enamel, clean corners, and polished overflow and drain.
Film and residue along the rim and corners were loosened, edges detailed, and the surface rinsed and hand-dried to prevent spotting. Chrome pieces were polished; silicone lines got a careful wipe. The enamel now looks smooth and even—exactly what inspectors hope to see.
Shower Base — Descale & Restore Texture
Before: mineral staining around the perimeter and a dull center. After: uniform, slip-safe texture restored; perimeter and drain detailed.
Perimeter yellowing and a dull center were addressed with patient brushing and thorough rinsing. The drain was flushed, edges dried, and the door track detailed so the pan shows a uniform, clean look when the glass closes.
Microwave — Degrease & Deodorize (Before / After)
Before: heavy splatter across the ceiling and sides with crumbs on the turntable. After: spotless cavity and clear turntable—vent screen and gasket detailed.
We pulled the plate and rollers, steamed the cavity to soften splatters, and wiped the walls, ceiling, screen, and gasket. The plate was washed separately and the interior aired out—fresh, clean, and ready for the next resident.
Bedroom Carpet — Steam & Shampoo (Before / After)
Before: traffic soil and small debris trapped in the pile near the baseboard. After: steamed and shampooed with groom lines—pile lifted and room refreshed.
The bedroom carpet got a full reset: edges vacuumed, spots treated, and hot-water extraction with shampoo to lift soil from the pile. A neutralizing rinse and groom finished the job, leaving tidy lines and a quick dry time.
