In bedrooms and living areas we wipe closets and built-in shelving, while every floor surface is vacuumed and mopped. If the property has carpet, professional carpet cleaning can be added for extra freshness.

We charge an hourly rate of $65 per cleaner to ensure a thorough deep clean. Total pricing depends on size and condition: Condos typically range from $390–$540, while houses usually start from $520–$980.

It is best to book the cleaning before you move furniture and boxes into the space. An empty property allows our team to reach every cabinet, appliance, and surface area without obstruction, ensuring the deepest possible clean.

Carpet cleaning is not automatically included. It can be requested as an add-on service when making your booking if you want carpets freshly cleaned before move-in day.

Condo units typically take three to four hours to complete, while larger homes such as houses or townhomes may take four to five hours or longer depending on their size and level of cleanliness.
