We start with your priorities, then use any remaining time to clean other areas you’d like us to tackle. What we complete depends on your home’s size, condition and requested tasks. A full-home deep clean is not guaranteed within the time booked.
For safety reasons, we do not handle biohazards (mold, pests, blood, bodily fluids) or hoarding situations.

Q: Will you finish my entire home? A: We clean for the time you've booked, starting with your priorities. Some homes need more time than others. If your list is longer than the time available, we can discuss an extension or a future visit. Q: Which package should I choose? A: Choose 3 hours for a focused priority list. Choose 4 hours for more tasks or heavier buildup. The 3-person package provides more total cleaning capacity during a 4-hour visit. These are guides, not room-completion guarantees. Q: Do I need to provide supplies? A: No. Our team brings the cleaning products and tools. Please clear loose belongings so we can spend the booked time cleaning. Q: Is this the same as move-out cleaning? A: This service is a time-based clean for lived-in homes. If your property is vacant and you're preparing for a move-out inspection, choose our separate move-out cleaning service. Q: What's outside this service? A: Carpet steam cleaning, exterior balcony cleaning, junk removal, mould remediation and hazardous cleanup are not included. Permanent stains and damage may remain after cleaning.
