Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?
No, you don't need to lift a finger! OnePro Cleaning teams arrive fully equipped with premium supplies, filter vacuums, and professional-grade tools. We use high-quality, effective products to ensure a safe and sparkling result for your home.
Are your cleaners insured and background checked?
Absolutely. Your peace of mind is our priority. Unlike independent contractors, all OnePro staff are fully vetted, background-checked, and covered by WCB and comprehensive liability insurance. You are letting trusted professionals into your home, not strangers.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
It is completely up to you! Most of our clients prefer to be out working or enjoying their free time while we reset their home. You can simply provide a door code, leave a key in a lockbox, or let us in before you head out. Our teams are strictly vetted for your security and peace of mind.
I have pets. Is your service pet-friendly?
Yes! We are a pet-friendly cleaning company. We love dogs and cats, and our teams are trained to work safely around your furry friends. We use safe products to ensure the health of your pets and family. Please let us know about your pets when booking so we can bring a treat!
