You can book anytime. Ideally, schedule the post-renovation cleaning once trades have finished sanding/cutting and no further dusty work is planned—this prevents the space from getting dirty again. If work is still ongoing, we can split it into two visits: a rough clean to remove heavy dust, then a final detail clean just before move-in, staging, or photography.

Our post-renovation cleaning focuses on removing fine dust and making your home move-in ready. We wipe and vacuum all reachable surfaces, including walls, trims, baseboards, window sills, and light fixtures. The kitchen and bathroom get special attention — cabinet exteriors, counters, backsplash, sinks, mirrors, glass, and fixtures are all cleaned and polished. Floors are vacuumed and mopped for a smooth, dust-free finish. We also take care of small paint spots or adhesive marks where safe.

Most condos in Metro Vancouver are serviced by a two-cleaner crew. Timelines depend on size, dust load, and whether the space is furnished. As a general guide, a one-bedroom condo often takes about three to four hours, a two-bedroom about four to five hours, and larger homes or townhomes can take five to eight hours; for heavy dust or tight deadlines we may recommend adding a third cleaner. We confirm the plan after reviewing photos or video.

It’s best to give us as much open space as possible so we can clean more efficiently. Please move boxes and small furniture away from walls and clear surfaces where you can — this helps us reach baseboards, trims, and corners faster and saves overall cleaning time. We’ll carefully work around any large or heavy items that can’t be moved.
