FAQ
Q: Will dirty water run down to lower units or the building exterior? A: Our process is specifically designed to eliminate heavy runoff. Unlike conventional pressure washing that floods the floor, our wash-and-extraction system injects targeted water and immediately vacuums it up on the spot. While minor misting or tiny droplets along perimeter edges can naturally occur, our controlled process prevents dirty water from streaming or dripping onto lower balconies and building facades, keeping your clean strata-friendly. Q: I don’t have an outdoor hose bib on my balcony. Can you still do the job? A: Yes, absolutely. Most condominiums do not have exterior water bibs on balconies. All we need is simple access to an indoor faucet (kitchen or bathroom). We bring our own dedicated clean-water containers to supply our equipment, meaning there is no need to run long water hoses across your living room. We keep your indoor floors fully protected and dry throughout the service. Q: How do I need to prepare before your team arrives? A: Please ensure your balcony is 100% vacant prior to our arrival. All outdoor furniture, planters, rugs, and loose personal items should be moved indoors. Our technicians require clear, unobstructed floor access to operate the extraction equipment safely and thoroughly. Q: Do you clean the outside of the railing glass? A: We thoroughly clean both sides of your sliding patio doors and the full interior surface of your railing glass. For exterior railing glass, leaning over the perimeter is strictly prohibited for safety reasons. Q: Can you remove interlocking deck tiles to wash underneath? A: No, removing deck tiles is not included. Lifting aged or weathered interlocking tiles carries a high risk of snapping plastic clips and damaging edge pieces. If you would like the concrete floor beneath thoroughly washed, please unclick and remove all tiles prior to your appointment. Q: Will this completely erase old concrete stains or rust marks? A: Our deep wash lifts away virtually all surface grime, moss, algae, and weather buildup. However, bare concrete is naturally porous. Long-term rust stains (from metal planters or furniture), grease, or fertilizer burns that have etched deep into the slab may leave permanent discoloration that cannot be 100% reversed.
