This modern condo on University Crescent (Burnaby) needed a tidy, handover-ready reset. The kitchen set the tone: appliances detailed, backsplash wiped to a uniform shine, and counters cleared so the space photographs clean. From there we worked room by room to finish the Burnaby move-out cleaning without overdoing keywords or jargon.
Bathroom — Two Quick Transformations
1) Sink & Faucet — Before / After
We lifted spots from the mixer, scrubbed the basin line, and wiped the counter and mirror edge. The goal was a clean reflection and a consistent tone across the surface—simple, tidy, inspection-ready.
2) Bathtub — Before / After
We cleared debris, detailed the corners, and rinsed and dried the tub so the enamel reads even in daylight. Chrome trims were wiped and the rim finished dry—no streaks, no residue.
Bathrooms — Finished Look
Both bathrooms were brought to the same calm, hotel-clean finish. We worked top-down: mirrors and light shelves first, then faucets, basins, and counters, followed by the tub/shower surround, toilet, and floors. Mineral spots were lifted from chrome, the quartz tops were wiped to a uniform tone, and the basin edges/deck lines were detailed so there’s no haze when you look across the surface. Corners and silicone joints were cleaned, drains cleared, and all touchpoints—including handles, flush buttons, and door hardware—were sanitized. Tile floors and baseboards were vacuumed and mopped, leaving crisp grout lines and no residue. The result is two fresh bathrooms that match the overall standard of this Burnaby condo and photograph beautifully for handover.
Bedrooms — Corners First, Then the Whole Room
Corner Reset — Before / After
We started with a perimeter pass: crevice-tool vacuuming where carpet meets wall, brushing the baseboard ledge, and wiping the trim. This removes the common “dust ribbon” that shows up in photos and during inspections. Once the edges were clear, we cross-vacuumed the field of the room and groomed the pile for a uniform look.
Finished Rooms — After
With the corners reset, we worked the whole rooms in slow, overlapping lanes to lift fine dust and even out the pile. As part of the move-out cleaning, closet floors and tracks were vacuumed, baseboards and door casings wiped, and outlets/switch plates dusted. We spot-treated small marks, groomed the carpet for a consistent texture, and checked the edges in natural light so each bedroom reads calm and tidy from wall to wall.
Living Room — Window & Sill Detail

We didn’t stop at the bedrooms. The living room window line was vacuumed and wiped end to end—tracks cleared, frames and seals dusted, and the sill finished dry so it looks crisp in daylight. The heater cover beneath the sill was brushed and wiped, too, so no dust ribbons show along the vents. It’s a small area, but it makes the whole room feel brighter and cared for.

The living space got a full edge-to-edge detail. Window tracks and sill were cleared, frames wiped, and the heater cover dusted so no grey lines show in daylight. For the floor, we used a compact mopping machine with fresh microfiber pads, running slow, overlapping passes for a streak-free, natural-matte finish. Corners, outlets, and baseboards were done last so the whole room reads bright and tidy.
Kitchen — Overview
For the kitchen we worked top-down: lights and uppers first, then counters, backsplash, appliances, and finally the floor edge. All doors and drawers were opened so no crumbs or dust hid in rails or corners, handles were wiped last to avoid fingerprints, and the cook zone was polished so it photographs clean. This ties the whole move-out cleaning together with a calm, handover-ready finish.

Appliances & Backsplash Detail

Stainless and glass were polished so the cooking zone reads crisp: microwave face, range door, and control knobs cleaned; the cooktop edge and surrounding cabinetry wiped; and the stone-look backsplash finished to an even sheen under the task lights.
